We are excited to have Jim and Susie Malcolm perform in person at our house concert series. Jim has performed at several house concerts for us over the years in various cities and we held our scheduled show in 2020 over Zoom during the pandemic. Jim and Susie put on a great performance just as a concert. But more than that, they bring the history and culture of Scotland alive in a unique cultural experience. Jim’s knowledge and love of Scottish music, history, and tradition is deep and passionate. Susie is also a noted singer who has studied and performed the ancient ballads and tells the origins and subsequent histories as the ballads were adopted beyond their Scottish beginnings. They are funny and sweethearts. A good time is guaranteed!
