Music My Mother Would Not Like Showcase Series, Blues Night, "Old, New, Borrowed, and Blue"

An evening with four wonderful blues artists in a "workshop stage" with the theme of "Old, New, Borrowed, and Blue". Each artist will interpret these themes. Concert is on Zoom platform. Registration is required.

Steve James is a blues musician, a notable songwriter, one of the best modern bottleneck slide players, a storyteller and a compendium of interesting facts.

Jon Shain & Fj Ventre

Singer/Songwriter, Bluegrass & Roots Music, Acoustic Blues, Traditional Folk, Americana
Jon has shared stages with Jackson Browne, John Hiatt, and Keb Mo. Winner of the 2019 Int'l Blues Challenge, Jon is a fine picker, and Americana songwriter. Often tours with FJ Ventre on upright bass.
