New Year, New Beginnings: FAR-West Campfire Song Circle

Many of us FAR-Westerners have fond memories of hanging out at the Kerrville Folk Festival, surrounded by friends, mud (well, maybe that’s not as fond a memory) and plenty of folk music, shared around roaring campfires. Along with so much else that we hold dear, the campfires have been put on hold by the pandemic and the times we are living in. FAR-West is inviting the community and beyond to hang out and participate in Campfire, a series of virtual song circle/open mic taking place via Zoom ~ planned for the 3rd Tuesday of each month, starting at 7 pm PST! Come join your friends, make new friends, sing, play, and listen ~ we’ll create our own virtual Campfire atmosphere on Zoom. So, grab your instrument of choice, pull up a stump, grab a hot dog and marshmallow on a stick and let’s enjoy a mosquito free campfire song circle. What s’mores could you ask for? FAR-West Campfire ~ Tuesday, January 19, 7:00 pm PST ~ New Year, New Beginnings ~ Register at https://bit.ly/3oTpPli to receive Zoom link ~ Performer Seating is limited, audience seating is unlimited. It IS a virtual campfire; open to one and all!
