The Building Bridges Coffeehouse is a program of Manatee Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in downtown Bradenton, FL. We're a welcoming community supporting religious freedom and spiritual growth while working for social justice with compassion and love. Concerts are typically presented September - May on Friday evenings beginning at 7:00 pm. A suggested donation is requested at the door and may vary depending on the performer. There is ample parking, we are accessible and non-alcoholic refreshments are available. Preferred genres include contemporary and traditional folk, activist music, LGBTQ-themed, bluegrass, Americana and blues. We seek to present seasoned artists who are excellent songwriters, singers and instrumentalists. A professional stage presence and talent for engaging an audience are a priority too. Our audience enjoys singing and interacting with performers, so we encourage artists to include singalongs in their setlists.
