Founded in 2016, St Tim's Coffeehouse presents a six concert series annually. These concerts are held in the sanctuary of St. Timothy's Lutheran Church in Skokie, IL. Our season begins in September, and continues to October and November. There is a two month hiatus in December and January (of the following year). We resume in February, March and end in April. We do not hold concerts in the summer. Concerts are usually held on the second Saturday of the month. We present local, national, and international artists predominantly in the acoustic folk/Americana genre. We prefer supporting local musicians. Booking starts in September concluding in December for the following year. Artists we have hosted include Michael Peter Smith, Bryan Bowers, Small Potatoes, Howard Levy, Eddie Holstein with guest Bonnie Koloc, Claudia Schmidt, Sally Rogers, Sons of the Never Wrong, Spyten Duyvil, Lee Murdoch, Joel Mabus, James Lee Stanley, Tim Grimm, Joe Jencks, Mark Dvorak, Andrew Calhoun, Corky Siegel, and Gina Forsyth. Advance ticket sales are through eventcombo.com.
